How close is Koko Broadbeach to the beach?
We are located just 300 metres from Kurrawa Beach, offering a perfect beachside location.
Is parking available?
Yes, free private parking is available on-site. Reservations are needed for accessible parking.
Do the apartments have kitchens?
Yes, select units have fully equipped kitchens, including a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in: 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- Check-out: 9:00 am – 10:00 am
Is there an airport shuttle?
We offer a paid airport shuttle service to and from Gold Coast Airport, which is located 17 km from the property.
Are children allowed at Koko Broadbeach?
Yes, children of any age are welcome. Please note that children aged 3 years and above are considered adults in terms of charges.
Can I request a cot or extra bed?
Yes, cots and extra beds are available upon request, subject to availability. Cots are $20 per night, and extra beds are $80 per night.
What is the property’s smoking policy?
Koko Broadbeach is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or shared areas.
Is there a minimum age requirement for check-in?
Yes, guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Are parties or events allowed?
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, parties and events are not permitted. We observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Eftpos. Please note a 1.5% surcharge applies for credit card payments. Cash is not accepted.
Is there a damage deposit?
Yes, a refundable damage deposit of AUD 500 is required upon arrival, which is refunded within 14 days of check-out, subject to inspection.
Can I make special requests?
We welcome special requests and do our best to accommodate them. Contact us in advance to make arrangements.
