Best for Blues on Broadbeach music festival. Last minute booking for annual blues festival. Booked a one bedroom apartment and was allocated a two bedroom apartment with a bedroom and one bathroom locked off. Second room available at extra cost. Apartment was on 18th floor with city views and ocean glimpses. Adequate sized place for two people. Property was in excellent condition and well furnished with high end appliances and fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine. Free parking was a bonus although car park access is a bit tricky at first as car park gate closes very quickly once access is swiped. Easy walking to all Broadbeach restaurants and beach. Pacific Fair shopping centre is 900 metres away and walkable. Very secure building and reasonably priced for the quality of the stay.

Just one street over from Peppers/Oracle so right in the centre (but far enough from the noise) and the street leads directly to the park & beach. The perfect location! The apartments are great – perhaps not quite as big as some in Broadbeach but they are almost brand new and VERY well equipped and everything worked perfectly. Aircon was very effective and there were no restrictions (as there are at Peppers and other buildings where you can only aircon 1 room at a time, or for a certain period, etc). They have “ocean view” and “gold coast view”. Most apartments have some form of sea/ocean view. Its just ocean view have even more ocean view. We had 2 gold coast view and loved having both the sea and hinterland views for the sunset. Having owned, lived in and stayed in almost all the apartments in Broadbeach (Peppers, Air, Aria, Wave, Pheoneician, etc) I think Koko offered by far the best value for what you received and everything worked – which is often not the case. Service too was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble – and they tried hard to get us checked in early. Even if that had not been possible I always felt they wanted our business, wanted us to be there and wanted to help – not something you find elsewhere. Service really was excellent. The only thing to note for families with younger kids might be that the bathrooms are both shower only and a little smaller than some – but if the lack of a bath isn’t an issue they were great. As I say, I’ve stayed almost every building in Broadbeach and this will now be our ‘go to’.
